To streamline the membership process, please follow the specific documentation requirements based on your company type:

S# Requirements
1 A copy of CNIC/Passport of the Proprietor (In case of foreign national)
2 a) A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate on the name of the proprietor
b) Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of the proprietor
3 A copy of Sales Tax Registration and the latest Sales Tax Return, if registered/applicable.
4 Three photographs of the proprietor
5 Lease deed / allotment letter of the premises / office or any other evidence as proof of business at the indicated address.
6 Original bank certificate in the name of the business.

S# Requirements
1 Copies of CNICs/Passports of Partners (In case of foreign nationals)
2 a) A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate on the name of the business.
b) Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of the business.
3 A copy of Sales Tax Registration and the latest Sales Tax Return, if registered/applicable.
4 A copy of Partnership Deed duly registered with the Registrar of Firms.
5 A written resolution of all the Partners on letterhead nominating one of the Partners as a representative in SLCCI. All correspondence should be addressed to SLCCI by the signature of the authorized representative.
6 Three photographs of the authorized representative.
7 Lease deed / allotment letter of the premises / office or any other evidence as proof of business at the indicated address.
8 Original bank certificate in the name of the business.

S# Requirements
1 Copies of CNICs/passports of Directors (in case of foreign nationals)
2 a) A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate on the name of the company.
b) Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of the company
3 A copy of Sales Tax Registration and the latest Sales Tax Return, if registered/applicable.
4 Copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association, duly approved by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) along with a copy of the certificate of incorporation by SECP
5 Board Resolution on letterhead for nominating one of the Directors as an authorized representative in SLCCI. All correspondence should be addressed to SLCCI by the signature of the authorized representative.
6 Three photographs of the representative.
7 Lease deed / allotment letter of the premises / office as proof of business at the indicated address
8 Original bank certificate in the name of the business
9 In case of a change of Directors, please submit the latest/changed copy of Form 29 duly certified by SECP

b) Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of the company.
3 A copy of Sales Tax Registration and the latest Sales Tax Return, if registered/applicable.
4 Copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association, duly approved by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) along with a copy of the certificate of incorporation by SECP or proof of filing form 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45 with SECP and BOI letter
5 Board Resolution or power of attorney, nominating one of the Directors or General Manager / Country Manager as an authorized representative in SLCCI. All correspondence should be addressed to SLCCI by the signature of the authorized representative
6 Three photographs of the representative.
7 Lease deed / allotment letter of the premises / office as proof of business at the indicated address
8 Original bank certificate in the name of the business.
9 In case of a change of Directors, please submit the latest copy/copies/changed of Form 29 or Form 38 to 45 duly certified by SECP
