I look forward to working with the distinguished members, esteemed stakeholders, policy makers and well-wishers for the continuous development of the private sector of the country which will facilitate the pathway of prosperity, strengthen regional and global collaboration.

Mission & Vission
The Primary objective to establish Sahiwal Chamber of Commerce & Industry is to provide opportunity of the businessmen in the area to strengthen the economic growth of Sahiwal in particular and the country in general. The uplift of the industry will certainly reduce the unemployment in the area.
The prime objective of Sahiwal Chamber of Commerce & Industry is to serve its members to their utmost satisfaction. SLCCI acts as a bridge between the Government and the business community. It plays an important role in policy formulation by maintaining a constant interaction with the relevant authorities. These services mentioned hereunder are rendered to respectable members through information department of SLCCI.
History
The Business community of Sahiwal District earnestly felt the requirement to establish a Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Sahiwal. A group of traders and Industrialists assigned this task to Ch. Safdar Rashid who offered his services for this purpose. After hectic efforts of four years and with a lot of contributions by Ch. Nouraiz Shakoor the then Federal Minister and Mr. Iftikhar Ali Malik, former President FPCCI Co-Chairman Business Panel Pakistan-USA, he succeeded to get a License from Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. After incorporation of the Chamber with Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Companies Ordinance 1984 got it affiliated with Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the announcement for establishment of Sahiwal Chamber of Commerce & Industry was made in a Press Conference by Ch. Nauraiz Shakoor Khan Ex. Federal Minister for Science & Technology on 19-11-2004. Soon after the announcement, an emergent meeting of Sponsors/Directors was held and Chaudhry Safdar Rashid was unanimously Selected as the President.
